Shipping, Return and Warranty Policy:
Gemthera offers free shipping and 45-day free trial (Start from the receipt date), We provide one year product warranty. The unit must be returned in good condition without smell, stains, or damage. Otherwise restocking fee may apply. It’s suggested to use protective cover to avoid spill or damage to the product.
For unsatisfactory item returned within 45 days, if they are in good condition customer will get the refund minus the shipping. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If items returned after 45 days, restocking fee (20 to 50%) will apply depending on the product condition.
It is suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure we receive the package. Not providing the tracking information may cause a refund to be delayed. It’s also suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. Gemthera is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

- Email us to inform and provide the tracking number once the item was confirmed on return. Once the tracking confirms the delivery, we will process your refund immediately.
